Sale
Lucky Granite offers a complimentary in-house consultation at your convenience. We will complete an accurate measurement of the project to be completed during this appointment. Otherwise, you are welcome to provide us with a hand-drawn or computer-generated layout, or a construction blueprint, via email or by visiting the Lucky Granite Showroom. At this point we will discuss your budget, your preferred stone, and the time-frame for installation.
Lucky Granite has a great selection of granite, marble, quartz and natural stone on display. However, if you would like to see more samples, we will direct you to one of our many stone suppliers. Once your selection is complete, your preferred slab will be placed on hold and our office will be notified. We will then provide you with the final pricing. As soon as an agreement is signed, Lucky Granite requires a 50% deposit to purchase your stone and begin the fabrication process. Final payment is due once installation is complete.

Installation
As soon as your stone is fabricated, a Lucky Granite representative will contact you to set up an installation date. On that day, the installers require easy access to the installation area. Please ensure that adequate parking is available close to your home or business. It is also important to have the pathway to the installation area clear. For kitchen and bathroom countertop installations, Lucky Granite recommends that the lower cupboards be cleaned out and that appliances be removed, if possible. Installation times vary depending on the size of the project. Our installers will inspect the finished product as soon as the installation is complete and address your concerns then. Once this is done, Lucky Granite requires the final sign-off and the remainder of your payment.

Fabrication
At your convenience, a Lucky Granite representative will visit your home or business and use a gauge to guide and create an accurate, full-size pattern for the countertop installation project. This is called a “template”, which will correspond to the stone pieces to be installed. It will be labeled and show the exact location for seams, sink cut-outs, edges, and backsplashes, etc. Depending on the stone selected, we may request that you visit the Lucky Granite showroom to position the template on your slab since your pieces will be cut according to the placement of the template. All orders are processed under strict quality control standards and inspection is done prior to installation.

2 bathroom renos — Lucky supplied and installed new granite vanity tops as part of the upgrades. They had the best pricing (of 4 suppliers) we could find. Installation was fairly simple but there were no issues, and the guys were great. No mess and no fuss. Altogether, a great experience. I would use them again without question.

Lucky Granite installed quartz counters in our kitchen. The quote, templating, and installation process went very smoothly. The product is excellent, and the counters were installed within a week of contact. Their pricing was also competitive. The installers seem to work on a window, rather than exact time, so plan to have a bit of extra time available for installation.
